Cancellation of Orders

To cancel, please log in to your Glaminor account, go to your order history, and select the order you wish to cancel. Follow the provided instructions. 1.2. Order Cancellation After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you can return the products once you receive them, following our Return Policy.

2. Refund Policy 2.1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are processed in the following circumstances:

• Defective or damaged products received.
• Incorrect products delivered.
• Order cancellation within the eligible timeframe.
